Club Rules

General Use

  • The Club is for the exclusive use of Neptune Wharf BTR residents and approved members only. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Noise levels should be kept to a reasonable level and should not disturb others’ rights to quiet enjoyment of The Club or the wider Estate.

  • The space is to be used in a respectful and considerate manner. Anti-social behaviour towards others will not be tolerated.

  • Smoking or vaping is not permitted.

  • Open flames, candles, or personal cooking devices are not permitted.

Hours of Operation

  • The Club is open Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (unless otherwise stated). Please be ready to leave 5 minutes before closing time.

  • Management reserves the right to close areas for cleaning or maintenance.

Cleanliness & Care

  • Please clean up after yourself & dispose of litter responsibly and leave the club in a clean and tidy manner.

  • Do not remove furniture, equipment, or décor from the club.

  • Any damage must be reported immediately to info@neptunewharflondon.com

Capacity & Events

  • Maximum capacity: 60

  • Private events must be booked in advance with management approval and are subject to conditions.

  • The Club’s facilities (working spaces, co-working, communal wi-fi, events) are subject to availability. Management may limit usage time to ensure fair access for all.

Pets

  • Pets are not permitted.

  • Service animals are always permitted in compliance with the law.

Liability

  • Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

  • Breaches of these rules may result in exclusion from The Club.
